# Merchant Bankers Association of Nepal (MBAN)

> The unified voice of Nepal's SEBON-licensed merchant bankers — advancing capital markets through advocacy, professional standards, and collaboration since 2010.

MBAN is a nonprofit, nongovernmental, nonpolitical association headquartered in Naxal, Kathmandu. It represents 27+ licensed merchant banking institutions and works with SEBON, NEPSE, and CDSC to strengthen Nepal's capital market.
